The HealthSnap design process can be described in several phases starting from the discovery phase. In this phase, user surveys, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews were used to determine the product’s value proposition. We also have built the user personas and the MVP feature set. It was critical to have such a research-oriented approach to identify the key requirements and concerns of the FQHC context.
During the design phase information architecture concept as well as the usability and user flow mapping were paid much attention. We created three versions of the app and submitted each of the versions for moderated and unmoderated usability testing. This approach led to the design of a broad med-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframe design system that facilitates the exploration of the UI.
